Rosmunda was born in 1954 hanks to Giuseppe and Rosmunda, originally fisherman and founder of the family.

Today the third generation of the Rosmunda family carries on the tradition, with mother Rosmunda, daughter Katia and father Luigi in the room, and son-in-law Pierluigi in the kitchen, guided as then by the love for their territory.
